• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Support Associate to manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills, especially in English, and be capable of taking ownership of customer queries from resolution to closure.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Track and follow up on pending customer requests.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

• *Requirements**

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Customer\-centric attitude and problem\-solving mindset.
