Technotask Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for multiple processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, subject to the eligibility criteria for each process.

1\. ZEE5 – Media Process (Blended: Chat and Calls)

• *Salary:**

• V5: ₹21,000 per month
• V4: ₹18,000 per month

• *Eligibility:** HSC or Graduates (Freshers and Experienced)
• *Shift:** 24/7 rotational shifts, any 9\-hour shift
• *Week Off:** Rotational

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer queries through chat and calls.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns within the required timelines.

• *Required Skills:** Excellent communication skills and a customer\-focused approach.

2\. Healthcare Process – Sales

• *Salary:** ₹19,000 CTC \| ₹18,800 In\-hand per month

• *Eligibility:** HSC (Freshers and Experienced)
• *Shift:** Any 9\-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• *Week Off:** Rotational

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer queries related to healthcare services.
• Explain products or services and assist customers with their requirements.
• Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

• *Required Skills:** Good communication, convincing, and customer\-handling skills.

3\. Traya – Customer Service

• *Salary:** ₹19,000 CTC \| ₹18,200 In\-hand per month

• *Eligibility:** HSC candidates with experience or Graduate freshers
• *Shift:** Any 9\-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• *Week Off:** Rotational

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with service\-related concerns.
• Maintain customer records and follow process guidelines.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

• *Required Skills:** Good communication, problem\-solving, and customer service skills.
