About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our US voice process. You will handle calls with US customers, resolve their queries, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from US customers in a professional, empathetic manner
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions or escalate when needed
• Meet targets for quality, AHT (average handle time), CSAT and attendance
• Document call details accurately in the CRM
• Follow company policies, compliance and data privacy guidelines
• Work with team leads and QA to improve performance

Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate; freshers with excellent communication are welcome
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and good listening skills
• Basic computer skills and typing speed of 25\+ WPM
• Good problem\-solving and active\-listening skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers
• Candidates from Nagercoil, Kanyakumari and Trivandrum (with own commute or relocation) can apply

Good to Have

• Prior experience in a US voice process (customer service, tech support, collections or sales)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
