We are looking for driven, articulate, and goal\-oriented **Inside Sales / BPO Executives** to join our international outbound sales campaign. In this role, you will connect with small\-to\-medium business owners across international markets (US, Canada,) to identify gaps in their digital presence and pitch modern website development, redesign, e\-commerce, and digital marketing services.

If you have a persuasive voice, an entrepreneurial mindset, and love closing deals on international calls, this role offers rapid growth and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

• **Outbound Outreach:** Make cold/warm calls to international business owners (B2B) using provided leads and dialer systems.
• **Needs Discovery:** Identify prospective clients' pain points regarding their existing website, branding, mobile responsiveness, or lack of online visibility.
• **Solution Pitching:** Clearly articulate the value proposition of modern, high\-converting website designs, WooCommerce/Shopify stores, and custom web applications.
• **Lead Qualification \& Closing:** Qualify prospects, handle common sales objections, set up discovery meetings, or close turnkey website development packages directly.
• **Experience:** 6 months to 3\+ years in international outbound voice sales, BPO/B2B tech sales, website/SEO pitching, or lead generation. *(Freshers with outstanding English fluency and high sales acumen are encouraged to apply.)*
• **Language \& Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; neutral or clear accent with strong listening ability.
• **Domain Awareness:** Basic understanding of websites,
