• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle incoming customer communications through chat, text, email, and social media channels.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, compassionately, and efficiently using written communication only.
• Provide product consultations and ensure a high\-quality, memorable customer support experience.
• Maintain accuracy in grammar, spelling, and tone across all text\-based interactions.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply; 1\+ years of customer service or BPO experience is a plus.
• **Communication:** Exceptional written English skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
• **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement.
• **Technical Skills:** Computer savvy with quick typing speeds and comfortable navigating multiple windows/systems.
• **Shift Flexibility:** Willingness to work in a flexible 24/7 operational environment.
