The Northbay Studios is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can manage customer communication smoothly and professionally. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, providing order\-related updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns in a calm and helpful manner.
Receive and attend customer calls professionally
Understand customer concerns and provide proper resolutions
Answer queries related to products, orders, shipping, delivery, and returns
Share timely updates regarding order status and dispatch/shipping
Coordinate internally with the team when required for customer issue resolution
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow\-up and support
