Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Typing speed:
• Chat / Email Support: Minimum 35 WPM preferred.
• Voice Support: Minimum 25 WPM preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts within business operating hours.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem\-solving skills.

Work Schedule
