We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our International Contact Centre team \& Chat. If you have strong communication skills and Fluent in English \& Hindi (mandatory) with experience in BPO/KPO or international call centre handling global customers via voice and chat this role is for you.
· Own end\-to\-end customer interactions across voice and chat (international \& domestic)
· Deliver quick, accurate, and high\-quality responses with a customer\-first approach
· Resolve queries and issues proactively with clear follow\-through
· Maintain clean and structured documentation
· Ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction,
· Operate with discipline by following SOPs, quality benchmarks, and processes
· Stay flexible and aligned with global time zones and dynamic operational needs
· 0\-1 years of experience in customer support (voice and/or chat process)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities
· Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers professionally
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills)
· Good listening skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and rotational week offs
· Day Shift: 11am – 9pm
· Night Shift: 9pm – 7am
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
