Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic knowledge and aptitude for Sales and relationship management
Problem\-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward conflict resolution
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, on\-site office environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous experience in a customer\-facing role is preferred
