Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience through phone, email, and chat support. The ideal candidate should be polite, problem\-solving oriented, and able to manage customer issues efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer inquiries via **phone, email, and chat**
• Resolve complaints and provide accurate product/service information
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to senior support or management
• Maintain quality and service standards as per company policy

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
