  • *Job Summary**

Geni Homes is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong convincing and persuasion abilities, and experience in interacting with customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team by building strong customer relationships and converting prospects into qualified appointments.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
  • Explain Geni Homes' services clearly and professionally.
  • Convince customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
  • *Requirements**
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Insurance Industry (Mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence customers over phone calls.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.
