Customer Support Executive (CSE)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on generated leads.
• Understand students' requirements, interests, and career goals.
• Explain available courses, training programs, features, and benefits.
• Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable programs.
• Handle enquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule counselling sessions and appointments with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive enquiry experience.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
