We are looking for a **dedicated, professional, and passionate Customer Support Executive** to join our team in a **Work From Office** role.
This position involves handling **student queries through WhatsApp Chat** and **answering incoming calls** from both paid and unpaid students. The ideal candidate should be calm, patient, and genuinely committed to helping students succeed by resolving their concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student queries on **WhatsApp (On Laptop)** in a professional and timely manner
- Answer **incoming support calls** and provide accurate solutions
- Support both **paid and unpaid students** with course\-related questions
- Ensure complete issue resolution with proper follow\-ups
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and student\-friendly communication style
- Demonstrate ownership, responsibility, and dedication towards student support
- Focus on **student success, satisfaction, and positive experience**
Required Skills \& Qualities
- Excellent **student\-handling and communication skills**
- Strong command over **English and Hindi** (written and spoken)
- Extremely **patient, calm, and composed personality**
- Passionate about helping learners and solving problems
- Professional attitude with high levels of dedication and accountability
- Comfortable working independently in a **remote (work from home) setup**
- Ability to manage WhatsApp chats and calls efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in **customer support, student support, or education support** is an advantage
- Experience using **WhatsApp tools such as WATI/ AiSensy** is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome
