A Customer Support Executive, who is able to handle customer queries over voice calls/ chats, resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Meet quality and productivity targets.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.
