XElements Health Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and channel partners throughout a diagnostic monitoring study.
The role spans the full study lifecycle — pre\-study scheduling and patient briefing, in\-study support and troubleshooting, and post\-study coordination through report delivery.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare operations are encouraged to apply. Comfort speaking directly with patients — many of whom may be elderly or anxious — is essential.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Assist distributors and channel partners with day\-to\-day operational queries, dispatches, returns, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with internal clinical, logistics, and reporting teams to ensure studies are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic MIS reports on study volume, turnaround time, and open issues.
- Address patient and partner concerns promptly and escalate clinical or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Bachelor's degree — Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical, Paramedical, or any other discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or project experience in customer support, healthcare operations, clinical coordination, or patient services will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or patient support services.
- Ability to communicate confidently with patients and channel partners.
- Good organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
- Exposure to customer service, healthcare projects, or internships will be an added advantage.

Tamil and English — both mandatory.
Plus at least one of: Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada — **mandatory.**
Candidates fluent in more than one regional language will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
