As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- **Provide accurate information regarding services and processes**
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
- **Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction**
- Follow up with customers regarding ongoing requests and issues
- **Record customer interactions and maintain updated records**
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- **Escalate complex issues to management when required**
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- **Build strong and positive relationships with customers**
- Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- **Strong verbal and written communication abilities**
- Professional and customer\-friendly attitude
- **Good problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills**
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations
- **Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- **Strong organizational and time\-management skills**
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, Client Handling, or Hospitality
- **Experience using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, or customer support tools**
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally
