• This is a 100% on\-site role based at our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Starting salary: 3 LPA
• There will be a 2 \-month probation period

• *Responsibilities**

• Manage WhatsApp customer support
• Address and resolve customer concern
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal team, raise tickets, track them, and ensure their closure
• Connect with customers via phone calls when necessary
• Basic technical troubleshooting

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a chat support role, or a fresher with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in phone support will be beneficial
• Good computer skills, including Google Docs and dashboard management
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is a bonus

• *Mandatory soft skills:**

• Languages: English (required), Hindi (required), and any regional language is a bonus
• Very good typing speed
• Good written English
• Ability to talk to customers professionally

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹27,000\.00 per month
