JD \- Customer Support \& Sales Executive (Multiple Roles)
We are looking for dedicated and detail\-oriented individuals to join our team across multiple shifts. The roles involve customer communication, lead management, and coordination with the design team for custom jewelry requirements.
Role 1: Customer Support – Design Coordination (Night Shift)
Manage customer follow\-ups via email and chat
Coordinate with the design team to create and review CAD designs
Share design updates with customers and gather feedback
Ensure timely communication and closure of design\-related queries
Strong written English and comprehension skills
Ability to understand customer requirements clearly
Spoken English is a plus
Role 2: Customer Support – Lead Management (Night Shift)
Handle all incoming and existing leads (pending, failed, cart recovery, diamond search, CFW requests)
Communicate with customers via email, chat, calls, and WhatsApp
Assist customers throughout their buying journey
Ensure prompt responses and high conversion rates
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and customer\-handling skills
Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
Role 3: Customer Support – Day Shift Operations
Manage pending tasks from the night shift
Handle all lead\-related activities and ensure follow\-ups
Maintain continuity in customer communication
Strong email and chat communication skills
Organized and detail\-oriented
Calling skills are a plus but not mandatory
Role 4: Customer Support – Gap Shift (Part\-Time)
6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Manage leads during gap hours, with priority on custom jewelry inquiries
Respond to customer queries via email and chat
Assist in maintaining lead flow and response time
Strong written communication skills
Ability to handle chats and emails efficiently
Calling skills are a plus
Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred
Experience in jewelry or luxury products is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
Pay: ₹10,454\.97 \- ₹29,846\.77 per month
