Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented Customer Sales Executive with at least 1 year of BPO experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, be comfortable making outbound calls, and possess the ability to convert leads into customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Handle customer objections and provide effective resolutions.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum **1 year of experience in BPO Outbound Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Sales Process**.
• Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant BPO sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
