Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Customer Support Executives (CSE) to join our Real Estate Outbound Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating interest in real estate projects, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits to drive sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
• Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and offers to potential buyers.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate (with minimum 6 months of experience) or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Outbound Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
