We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, provide timely support, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing and IT services, and a keen interest in social media strategy and online branding.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about our services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Design, and Development teams for project updates.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, approvals, and feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service\-related documentation.
- Support social media and digital marketing teams by understanding client objectives and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends in digital marketing, websites, branding, and social media.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Client Coordination, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of website development and IT services will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and customer\-focused approach.
- Interested in learning Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing.
- Eager to grow into Client Management, Digital Marketing Coordination, or Social Media Management roles.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to take ownership of client communication.
