Customer Support Executive

• *Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls efficiently
• Manage customer queries through chat support
• Verify, check, and update customer document data accurately
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and queries
• Handling Chats
• Preparing Data

**Qualifications**

• Basic Computer Knowledge,
• Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Kannada Mandatory \& any other south language preferred).
