Job Overview

We are hiring graduate freshers for a Customer Support Process in Thane, Maharashtra. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and build a career in customer service.

Selected candidates will assist with customer queries, provide relevant information, maintain records, and follow established service quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through the communication channels assigned by the team.
• Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, wherever required.
• Maintain service quality and complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
