Zeon Charging is a leading EV charging infrastructure company operating across South India. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused individuals to join our growing team as **Customer Support Executives**.

Job Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring a smooth support experience for users of our EV charging network.

• **Candidate must be currently residing in Bengaluru**
• **Immediate joiners from Bengaluru preferred**

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with charging station usage, payments, and app\-related issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality

Shift Details

• **Day Shift:** Work from Office (Kengeri, Bengaluru)
• **Night Shift:** Work from Home

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in **English (mandatory)**
• Proficiency in **Kannada or Hindi (mandatory)**
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

CTC

₹2,38,184 – ₹2,81,804 per annum

(Depending on performance during the selection process)
