Education \- 12th with stream PCM or PCB / B.SC/ B.ED and science stream

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer calls, address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem\-solving abilities, and a customer\-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
✓Handle inbound and customer calls professionally and efficiently.
✓Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
✓Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
✓Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ticketing systems.
✓Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
✓ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during customer interactions.
