We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail\-oriented **E\-Commerce Executive** to support our online sales and marketplace operations, with strong communication skills and an interest in e\-commerce, online selling, and digital operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings on e\-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor stock availability, pricing, and product performance across marketplaces.
• Handle customer queries, messages, reviews, and feedback with professionalism.
• Support order processing and coordination with logistics partners for dispatches and returns.
• Track daily sales and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Work with marketplace support teams for listing approvals and issue resolution.
• Assist in executing promotional activities, deals, and campaigns.
