The Customer Support Executive (International) at PixelkliQ manages customer interactions for an international clientele, primarily through voice and chat channels. You are expected to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively while upholding high quality and service standards. The primary goal is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and a positive experience for every client. This role requires maintaining meticulous records of all interactions and necessary follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to solve complex customer issues. Consistent achievement of both individual and team performance targets is a key requirement. The monthly compensation is between ₹20,000 and ₹32,000. While a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred, candidates with at least one year of experience in an international voice or chat process are also strongly preferred. This is an in-person office-based role.
