Job Description
- *Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process**
- *Location**: Hitech City, Hyderabad (candidates within 30 km radius preferred)
- *Experience**: Minimum 6 months in a similar role (freshers with excellent communication may also be considered if specified)
- *Education**: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- *Salary**: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience \& interview performance)
- *Work Schedule**: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
- *Shift**: Rotational/Night shifts (International process)

**Job Description**
We are hiring for an International Voice Process – Customer Support role. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer\-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries over calls/chat for international clients.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Document interactions accurately in the system
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in BPO/customer support (voice process)
Any Graduate/Undergraduate
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
Good communication skills in English
