Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. C1\-level communication skills with excellent spoken English.Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are not Eligible
• Minumum 6 months of Experience in International voice process
• C1\-level communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong customer handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
