Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives for our office in Sector 18, Gurugram.

The selected candidates will assist customers with their queries, provide relevant information, and help resolve service\-related issues while maintaining professional communication.

Freshers and candidates with customer service experience can apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Understand customer concerns and help resolve routine issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Update customer information and maintain interaction records.
• Follow standard work procedures and quality guidelines.
• Meet assigned performance and service targets.
• Forward complex queries to the relevant team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to understand customer queries and provide suitable responses.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Ability to work from the office in Gurugram.

Salary

• **Freshers:** ₹23,000 CTC per month.
• **Experienced Candidates:** ₹25,000 CTC per month.

Salary will depend on the candidate's relevant experience and applicable company terms. Take\-home salary may differ from CTC.

• Six working days per week.
• Rotational shifts.
• Rotational weekly offs.
• Work from office.
