Job Description

Hiring: Customer Support Executive / Social Media Executive

Responsibilities: Call and communicate with interested customers.

Manage social media platforms and respond to inquiries.

Guide and advise customers about company services.

Share business information and updates via WhatsApp and social media Maintain customer records and follow up with leads. Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication. Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Basic smartphone/computer knowledge. Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience: Freshers \& Experienced both can apply. Work Type: Full\-time / Part\-time (as applicable).

Pay: ₹10,500\.00 \- ₹18,400\.00 per month
