Customer Support Executive (Night Shift)

• *Shift:** US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• *Experience Required:** 0\-5 Years

• *About the Role:**

We are seeking a customer\-focused and dynamic **Customer Support Executive** to join our growing team in the diamond and bespoke luxury products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the customer journey.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship\-building abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure continuous and effective communication with customers throughout the service lifecycle.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Make calls to existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer assistance.
• Provide customers with information about diamonds, bespoke products, and related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and client servicing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Graduate from any discipline.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and adapt communication styles accordingly.
• Comfortable working with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and other business tools.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and evolving environment.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative team\-player mindset.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, diamonds, or high\-value product industries.
• Upselling and relationship management skills.
• British accent or international customer support experience will be an added advantage.
