Job Description

The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, and resolving service\-related issues while maintaining professional communication and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seller queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Understand customer concerns and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company procedures and service quality guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• *For Candidates with Seller Support or E\-commerce Experience**

• Experience in seller support, e\-commerce support, or customer service.
• Domestic or international customer service experience may be considered.
• Good English communication skills at B2 level or above.

• *For Candidates from Other Customer Service Backgrounds**

• International customer service experience required.
• B2\+ English communication skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving skills.
