Job Overview

We are looking for customer\-focused professionals for a Chat and Email Support role in Jaipur. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, excellent written accuracy, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and email channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication with appropriate grammar, spelling, and tone.
• Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality.
• Use CRM tools and internal systems to document interactions and track resolutions.
• Handle escalations professionally and work toward first\-contact resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of relevant customer support or BPO experience.
• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.
• Strong English communication skills, with B2\+ proficiency; C1 proficiency preferred.
• Good written English, including grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
• Customer\-focused approach with strong problem\-solving skills.

Interview Process

• English language assessment, including US English Versant where applicable.

Salary and Facilities

• Monthly CTC up to ₹32,000, depending on experience and assessment.
• Indicative take\-home salary: ₹23,951 per month.
• Take\-home with applicable performance\-linked incentives (PLI): up to ₹26,556, subject to eligibility and performance.
• Cab facility for female employees during designated odd\-hour shifts, as per company policy.
• Cab allowance of ₹180 per day for male employees, subject to applicable policy.
