We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage international clients and ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and experience handling USA or international clients.
The selected candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, relationship management, customer support, follow\-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication \& Onboarding
- Connect with international leads and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings with new clients.
- Deliver product and service demonstrations, including process explanations and pricing discussions.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.
Customer Support \& Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from onboarding to retention.
- Provide timely support and resolve client queries professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high client satisfaction.
- Follow up proactively with leads and existing clients.
CRM \& Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM systems.
- Track customer inquiries, support requests, and follow\-up activities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Internal Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate client feedback, requirements, and concerns to relevant departments.
- Assist in resolving service\-related issues efficiently.
Customer Retention \& Growth
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build long\-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Support customer success initiatives and account growth opportunities.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO, KPO, Customer Support, Customer Success, or handling international (USA) clients.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Customer\-focused approach with a problem\-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow\-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support processes.
- Good organizational and time\-management skills.
