About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused individuals to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
