We are looking for a **Customer Support Intern** to handle customer queries and website\-generated leads related to books and educational products.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Call customers who submit queries through our website.
• Speak with teachers, dealers, retailers, students and other customers.
• Understand their requirement, enquiry and book/product needs.
• Follow up with interested customers and update query status.
• Maintain basic calling and customer records.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
