Job Description
- *Customer Support Trainee**
- *Location:** Sector 67, Noida \| Work From Office
- *Type:** Internship
- *Responsibilities:**
- Call customers who submit queries through our website.
- Speak with teachers, dealers, retailers, students and other customers.
- Understand their requirement, enquiry and book/product needs.
- Follow up with interested customers and update query status.
- Maintain basic calling and customer records.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
