As a Customer Support Level 2 Executive at StockWiz Technologies, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer concerns that require advanced communication, problem\-solving, and client management skills.
You will act as the second level of support for clients whose queries have been escalated by our Level 1 Support Team. Your primary focus will be ensuring effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.
Knowledge of stock markets and trading concepts is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong customer support experience and a willingness to learn will be considered.
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
