Customer Support cum Sales Executive
Job Location: Sector 58, Noida, near Khoda Labour Chowk
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 in\-hand per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries over calls, chats, or emails
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
Maintain records of customer conversations and sales updates
Achieve basic sales targets while maintaining good customer service
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Freshers are welcome
Good communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Confident, polite, and sales\-oriented attitude
Ability to handle customer concerns patiently
Willingness to learn and grow
