Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
Provide product/service information and explain usage.
Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues.
Problem Resolution
Identify solutions for customer concerns.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Account \& Order Management
Process orders, returns, and payments.
Update customer records in databases.
Make changes to customer accounts when requested.
Service Enhancement
Suggest additional products or services beneficial to customers.
Collect feedback and relay it to relevant departments.
Stay updated on company offerings and policies.
Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
