Job Description
Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**
- Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Provide product/service information and explain usage.
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues.
- **Problem Resolution**
- Identify solutions for customer concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- **Account \& Order Management**
- Process orders, returns, and payments.
- Update customer records in databases.
- Make changes to customer accounts when requested.
- **Service Enhancement**
- Suggest additional products or services beneficial to customers.
- Collect feedback and relay it to relevant departments.
- Stay updated on company offerings and policies.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
