Job Description

Responsibilities

  • **Customer Interaction**
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Provide product/service information and explain usage.
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues.
  • **Problem Resolution**
  • Identify solutions for customer concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • **Account \& Order Management**
  • Process orders, returns, and payments.
  • Update customer records in databases.
  • Make changes to customer accounts when requested.
  • **Service Enhancement**
  • Suggest additional products or services beneficial to customers.
  • Collect feedback and relay it to relevant departments.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and policies.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
