\-Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer systems domain is preferred.
\-Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools.
\-Provide product support as per the standard guidelines.
\-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
\-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
\-Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus
