Customer Support & Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify customer concerns and provide timely, effective support to resolve their queries.
• Handle both **inbound and outbound calls** to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and generate sales opportunities.
• Develop in\-depth knowledge of the company's products and services and communicate information clearly and effectively to customers.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and provide assistance whenever required.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely responses and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.
• Achieve individual sales targets consistently and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all customer interactions, calls, inquiries, and follow\-ups.
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication, active listening, and effective problem\-solving.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to promote and sell the company's products and services.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in **Hindi and English** is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
• Strong customer service, problem\-solving, and sales skills.
• Target\-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving individual sales targets.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and follow\-ups efficiently.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**.
• Ability to adapt to a fast\-paced work environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
