Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support \& Sales Executives for a banking\-related customer service and sales process in Thane.

The selected candidates will assist customers with banking product enquiries, provide information about available services, understand customer requirements and support sales activities.

Candidates should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a customer\-focused approach.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to banking products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits and eligibility criteria.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Assist with customer engagement and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the designated system.
• Follow established process guidelines and quality standards.
• Address customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve assigned performance and service quality targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data\-entry skills.
• Good listening and customer\-handling abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.

An English communication assessment may be conducted as part of the selection process.

Salary \& Benefits

• **Monthly CTC:** ₹22,000
• **Approximate Monthly Take\-Home Salary:** ₹20,000
• Salary deductions and final compensation will be as per the applicable salary structure.

Transportation Facility

Pick\-up and drop assistance from Thane Railway Station may be available, subject to designated routes, schedules and company policies.
