• *Job Summary**

We are hiring Japanese Customer Support Executives for an international customer service process based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should be a Native Japanese Speaker or hold JLPT N1 certification with excellent communication and customer handling skills. Candidates from any country are welcome to apply.

• *Language Requirement**

• Native Japanese Speaker OR JLPT N1 Certified (Mandatory)
• JLPT N2 Candidates will not be considered

• *Salary \& Benefits**

• Salary Range: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 per month
• Transportation Allowance: RM 500
• Shift Allowance Applicable

• *Working Schedule**

• Rotational Shift Basis
• Shift Timings:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (MYT)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions in Japanese language
• Deliver excellent customer service support via calls, emails, or chat
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of customer interactions
