*BootesNull is looking for a dedicated and proactive Student Support / Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. The role involves handling student leads, coordinating with driving schools, **selling BootesNull’s product/services to partner driving schools when required** and maintaining accurate backend records.
*Work Timings**
*Night Shift:** 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
*Working Days:** Monday to Friday
*Key Responsibilities:**
Work on incoming leads and **call students to guide them through the booking process.**
Assist students with queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
**Call and pitch BootesNull’s product/services to driving schools when required.**
**Coordinate and conduct meetings with driving schools.**
Update and manage data on the backend of the website.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending bookings and partnerships.
Ensure timely communication between students and partner driving schools.
*Eligibility Criteria:**
**Graduation is mandatory.**
Good communication skills.
Comfortable working **night shifts.**
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
*Preferred Skills:**
Experience in customer support, operations, or sales.
Experience in calling, lead handling, or pitching products/services.
Familiarity with CRM tools or backend systems.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
