Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Customer Support Specialist with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers with good communication and problem\-solving skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and within the expected timeframe.
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely follow\-up.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Meet assigned performance targets and maintain service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Experience:** 0–1 year in customer support or customer service.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
