• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, quotations, and order\-related queries.
• Qualify incoming leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain engagement and drive sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities where appropriate.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem\-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Customer\-centric approach with a sales mindset.

• Experience in B2B customer support or sales support.
