Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused individuals to join our **Customer Support team**. As a **Customer Support Executive**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails..
- Assist customers with product/service information, billing, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure service quality by meeting KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- *Requirements:**
- **Education:** Graduate (any stream).
- **Experience:** 1–2 years in customer service or call center (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** (Day/Night).
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
