Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused individuals to join our **Customer Support team**. As a **Customer Support Executive**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails..
  • Assist customers with product/service information, billing, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure service quality by meeting KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • *Requirements:**
  • **Education:** Graduate (any stream).
  • **Experience:** 1–2 years in customer service or call center (Freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
  • Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** (Day/Night).

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
